Question 1

Who is StudySelf for?

Accepted Answer

Anyone preparing for IELTS Academic or General Training — for university, work or moving abroad. You set a target band and an exam date, and your plan works towards them.

Question 2

How does the AI feedback work?

Accepted Answer

When you submit a spoken or written answer, StudySelf scores it on the IELTS criteria — task response, coherence, vocabulary and grammar, plus fluency and pronunciation for speaking — then returns corrections, explanations and what to practise next.

Question 3

Which band do I start at?

Accepted Answer

After sign-up you take a short placement test in reading, listening, writing and speaking. It estimates your current band, and your plan, practice and mock tests start from there.

Question 4

Can explanations be in Uzbek?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The live speaking examiner explains its corrections in Uzbek or English, and the lexicon shows translations in Uzbek and Russian. The practice itself stays in English, as in the test.

Question 5

Are the bands official?

Accepted Answer

No. StudySelf shows estimated bands to help you prepare. Only an official IELTS test gives an official score, and no practice tool can guarantee a result.

Question 6

Can I use StudySelf on my phone?

Accepted Answer

The web app works on mobile browsers today. Native iOS and Android apps are planned and will use the same account, progress and subscription.

Question 7

Is there a free plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free plan includes practice in every skill with a daily allowance of AI evaluations.

Question 8

What happens to my recordings?

Accepted Answer

Recordings are stored securely and used to give you feedback. You stay in control of your data and can request its deletion.
